Characteristics

Frostella (also known as a “Rime Frost”) retains much of her original human form. Her tattered clothing remains recognizable, offering a haunting reminder of her former self. Her humanoid figure has been parasitized by Living Ice—sentient Chaosium crystals imbued with an extraordinary will to survive.

These parasitic entities make Frostella unnervingly resilient, requiring her to be knocked down twice to be permanently defeated. Despite her haunting appearance, Frostella strives to preserve beauty, yearning to craft an elegant ending to her story.

Behavior

Frostellas exhibit behavior reminiscent of the Mother of Life Elite Deviant. Initially lethargic, they pace slowly and aimlessly through their frozen territory. Those fortunate enough may witness one of Frostella’s more unique and mesmerizing traits: a graceful mid-combat minuet. She twirls and shimmers as though entranced by an unseen winter ballad, creating an eerie yet captivating spectacle.

AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS

When provoked, Frostella’s demeanor shifts dramatically. Her form begins to tremble violently as a menacing red aura gathers around her head. With an icy shriek, she leaps high into the air, targeting her prey with relentless precision.

  • Hail Storm: Summons a barrage of icy orbs that cascade down from the sky.

  • Icy Spreadshot: She launches three frosty projectiles in a horizontal line.

  • Summoning Shriek: With a piercing cry, Frostella summons three Researchers to her aid.

Weaknesses

Frostella’s weak spot is located in her “mini-fridge” head, a vulnerable point that can be exploited by keen-eyed explorers.
