Arbiter

“Arbiters have been known to break through weaker defensive structures with a single swing of that giant muscular arm.”

Characteristics

The Arbiter Elite Deviant is among several beings that can evolve when a Stardust infection intensifies. Its morphology reflects this progression, with one massively oversized arm and a reinforced torso designed to support the arm’s increased weight, which is covered in bulbous, Stardust-filled growths.

Entity Variation

Arbiters exist in two distinct forms: the standard size and a Titan variant, known as “The Butchers.” These Titans can grow to at least twice the size of a typical Arbiter, towering over their foes with terrifying presence. The evolutionary path of an infected individual appears to depend on a combination of their physical condition and other environmental factors.

Behavior

The weight imbalance caused by the Arbiter’s oversized arm gives the Arbiter a distinctive, galloping motion as it pursues prey.

AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIORS

The Arbiter’s ultra-strong arm is its primary weapon, used for powerful swings during attacks. Beyond arm swings, Arbiters are known to charge and lunge at targets, using the momentum of their massive bodies to maximize impact.

Weaknesses

Target the bulbous Stardust growths on the Arbiter’s back to inflict maximum damage.
